Rights Regarding Personal Data Within the Scope of the KVKK
The rights that groups of persons may exercise regarding their personal data are set out in Article 11 of the KVKK and are as follows:
  • To learn whether personal data are processed,
  • To request information if personal data have been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
  • To request the correction of personal data if they have been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK and to request notification of the transactions carried out pursuant to these provisions to third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred,
  • To object to the emergence of a result against the person himself/herself by means of analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • To request compensation for the damage in case of suffering damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
8. PRINCIPLES REGARDING THE EXERCISE OF RIGHTS RELATED TO PERSONAL DATA
As the data subject, if you have a request regarding your rights set out in Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may submit your requests regarding your rights to us by filling out the Application Form Regarding the Protection of Personal Data that you may obtain from our web page, or through your application that meets the minimum conditions stipulated in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by the following methods. As the Company, we will finalize your application free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board shall be charged by the Company. In the event that your application is rejected upon your application to us, the response is found insufficient, or no response is given to the application within due time, you may inform us on this matter; furthermore, as the data subject, you have the right to apply to the competent data protection authority in your country within thirty days from the date you learn our response and, in any case, within sixty days from the date you duly submitted your application.
