IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER
This clarification text has been prepared by Kardeniz Teknik Test Merkezi as the data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation. Our aim; To inform you about the methods of obtaining your personal data, purposes of processing, transfer to third parties, legal reasons for processing personal data and your rights. In accordance with Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, personal data refers to all kinds of information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person. Our institution carries out personal data processing activities by taking the necessary security measures to protect fundamental rights and freedoms, especially the right to privacy.

Your name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, province data, and personal data that you can submit in the message and subject sections that you provide to our institution as a result of being our website visitor and filling out the forms on our website are processed by us for the following purposes.

Within the scope of Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6689, which regulates the rights of the relevant person, everyone;

- Requesting correction of personal data in case personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Objecting to the emergence of a result that is unfavorable to the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
- Requesting compensation for damage in case of damage due to illegal processing of personal data
